Jim and I met in Bloomington, Indiana in the Spring of 1971. He was friends with the person who brought me out into the community.

The only thing we had in common at first was we were from the same home town. Over time we found out there was a lot more than that.

After I moved to San Francisco in 1974 we collaborated on White Arms Magazine and other projects. Then in 1980 we did a play, 1968, at the Fab Mab.

Jim died in 1988.
