Is it any wonder property values are soaring in San Francisco with innovative facades like this?

My former upstairs neighbor Jim sent me pictures of our old building. Apparently our eviction profiteering landlord Vince Young has made some structural changes. (I hesitate to call them improvements.)

As the seven units in this building sit vacant during the worst rental crisis in the City’s history, speculators make sure that landlord’s like Vince are rewarded for doing nothing.

At night they almost have a cheap ass shoji quality to them.
